The longest post ever – kinda

Yeah, the holiday season tends to put a wrench into the blogging schedule. I haven't seen my actual computer in several days, between the overnight trip we ended up taking to my in-laws to the closet that I call an office being turned back into a closet on Christmas day when company came over to Christmas Eve being spent with the in-laws once again. If you were looking for me over this holiday weekend, good luck.

Yeah, believe it or not, I started this post back on the 28th of December, and I'm still writing it. That gives you an idea. I got a laptop for Christmas, which is good, especially since my beforementioned closet is still working as a closet.

Yesterday was my wife's birthday. I took her out to dinner, and she gave me a cold. Seems fair. Part of me is saying that if I stay in this condition by 1PM, I'm leaving for the day. Part of me says suck it up, though.
